The administration of the Cannes Film Festival has chosen Moroccan director Maryam Touzani as a member of the jury for the official competition of its 76th edition, which will be chaired by Swedish director Ruben Östlund. The festival is set to take place from May 16 to 27. The jury also includes French director Julia Ducournau, American actress Brie Larson, French actor Denis Ménochet, and British director Rungano Nyoni.
