At least 13 people were killed and others injured in a large fire that broke out last night at a restaurant in Kostroma, central Russia, according to the "Novosti" agency citing a source from local authorities. The emergency management agency in Kostroma reported that the fire affected an area of 3,500 square meters, indicating that the roof of the affected building completely collapsed. A total of 250 people were evacuated from the restaurant building, and 15 others from a nearby structure. The prosecutor's office in Kostroma confirmed that the use of fireworks is considered one of the possible causes of the fire.
