Atlanta police reported that two teenagers were shot dead and three other minors were injured in a shooting incident at a housing complex. Deputy Police Chief Charles Hampton stated that officers responded to the incident at the complex located in the southwest part of the city. The two victims were pronounced dead at the scene, while the injured were transported to the hospital. Hampton mentioned that the deceased were boys aged 14 and 16, while the injured included boys aged 11 and 15, and a girl aged 15. He noted that the incident stemmed from a "social media dispute that escalated into gunfire," adding that both sides were armed, and there were multiple individuals firing shots.
