The exchange rate of the dollar against the Lebanese lira reached 94,000 for selling and 94,500 lira for buying per dollar in the informal exchange market (parallel market) and among brokers by noon today, Monday. The black market dollar opened this morning at a rate ranging between 92,600 and 93,100 lira per dollar.
