Marcus Krebber: We are Reducing LNG Imports from Qatar

Marcus Krebber, the CEO of the German company RWE, confirmed on Tuesday that the company is currently purchasing smaller quantities of liquefied natural gas (LNG) from Qatar. He noted that it is still unclear whether long-term major contracts will be signed as well. Krebber stated that the company is still in talks with global LNG suppliers, ruling out acquiring stakes in exploration projects. He added, "The core business of the company remains energy and hydrogen."
