The Russian news agency TASS reported today that Defense Minister Sergei Shoygu inspected newly deployed Yars strategic missile systems at a facility in the Kaluga region, south of Moscow. The ministry earlier stated that eight long-range bombers flew over neutral waters in the Sea of Okhotsk and the Sea of Japan while the Russian Navy conducts drills in the Pacific.
