A source in the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs revealed today, Wednesday, that Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan spoke by phone with his U.S. counterpart Antony Blinken and discussed the grain export agreement via the Black Sea. The source added that Fidan also discussed the expansion of NATO with Blinken.
