Deputy Wadih Al-Sadiq announced, "We have proposed four laws to facilitate the lives of citizens during trials and legal cases," revealing that "we are preparing a law that stipulates decentralization in the electricity file, assigning responsibility to municipalities in this regard." He pointed out in a press conference from the Parliament that "Lebanon is witnessing a complete collapse of all official institutions."
