Interfax reported Ryabkov stating that Russia has pledged to adhere to the number of nuclear warheads despite the suspension of the treaty and will continue to implement the 1988 agreement on missile launch notification exchanges. Additionally, Russia pointed out yesterday, Wednesday, that it has begun drills with Yars intercontinental ballistic missile systems and several thousand soldiers.
