The Asian Football Confederation (AFC) sent a letter today to the participating national federations, announcing the dates for the 2023 AFC Asian Cup in Qatar.
The tournament will take place starting January 12, with the participation of 24 teams. The official draw will be held in May, with details to be sent later as announced by the Lebanese Football Federation.
Lebanon will participate in the finals for the second consecutive time after 2019 in the UAE, and the third time after hosting the finals in 2000.
