Saudi Finance Minister Mohammed Al-Jadaan announced today, Wednesday, that a decision regarding the allocations of last year's budget surplus, estimated at around $28 billion, will soon be finalized. He noted that most of the surplus is expected to enhance reserves. The minister mentioned that the decision will be issued within two weeks and that he does not believe the Public Investment Fund will receive a portion of the surplus.
