The black market dollar has reached an unprecedented and insane increase, now at 100,000 Lebanese pounds per dollar, less than an hour after an earlier increase this morning when it opened at 99,800 Lebanese pounds per dollar. The exchange rate for the dollar against the Lebanese pound this Tuesday morning fluctuated in the unofficial money market "parallel market" and among money changers between 98,400 and 99,800 Lebanese pounds per dollar.
