Taiwan's Minister of Defense Chiu Kuo-cheng announced today, Thursday, that there is a Chinese aircraft carrier 200 nautical miles from Taiwan's eastern shores. This comes after Taiwan's President Tsai Ing-wen met with U.S. House Speaker Kevin McCarthy in Los Angeles.
