A delegation from the football family visited caretaker Prime Minister Najib Mikati, accompanied by Minister of Youth and Sports Dr. George Klass.
At the forefront of the delegation was Hashem Haidar, the president of the Lebanese Football Federation, which also included presidents of first division clubs. The attendees presented to Mikati the crisis of the stadiums that is stifling the game and causing difficulties for the federation and the clubs. They discussed potential solutions with him. Mikati promised to follow up on the issue with the Minister of Youth and Sports to find possible solutions and put them on the path to resolution.
