UN Deputy Spokesperson Farhan Haq revealed that "the organization's top trade official, Rebeca Grynspan, will meet with Russian officials in Geneva next week to discuss extending the agreement that allows for the export of Ukrainian grain via the Black Sea amid Russia's ongoing war against Kyiv." He added in a press briefing that "this is the next step, and we will see if more is needed," and continued: "Secretary-General Antonio Guterres will continue to do everything in his power to remove obstacles to Russian fertilizer exports."
