The European Union Comments on Russia's Decision to Suspend Participation in the "Grain Deal"

European Union foreign policy chief Josep Borrell announced that the EU urges Russia to reconsider its decision to suspend participation in the "Grain Deal." Borrell wrote on his Twitter page on Sunday: "The EU calls on Russia to overturn its decision." He added that "Russia's decision to suspend its participation in the deal in the Black Sea jeopardizes the main export route for grain and fertilizers that are crucial for overcoming the global food crisis."
