Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksii Reznikov revealed today, Friday, that "Kyiv is finalizing preparations for a counteroffensive against the Russian forces that are waging war in Ukraine, and that it is generally ready to proceed with the attack." He noted in his statements to the press that "as soon as the weather improves and the leaders make their decision, we will launch the attack."
