The Director of the Al-Assad Hospital in Deir ez-Zor, Dr. Mamoun, announced that six people were killed as a result of injuries from shrapnel caused by the explosion of a landmine, remnants from ISIS terrorists, in the Beshri area of southern Deir ez-Zor countryside.
