The Ukrainian Ministry of Reconstruction announced today, Monday, that Russia has effectively ended the Black Sea Grain Deal by refusing to register incoming vessels. The ministry stated in a statement that "the Russian Federation has once again effectively suspended" the grain initiative, "by refusing to register incoming ships and conduct inspections, and this approach contradicts the terms of the current agreement." The ministry noted that 90 ships, including 62 vessels for loading grain, are waiting in Turkish territorial waters for approval to proceed to Ukrainian ports.
