The governor of Sevastopol, Russia, Mikhail Razvozhayev, announced this morning that the Black Sea Fleet repelled an attack by naval drones in Sevastopol, stating that there were no human casualties or damage to warships. Meanwhile, Ukrainian officials reported that three people were killed and seven others injured in overnight strikes by Russian drones in the Kyiv region. The Kyiv military administration stated on its Telegram channel that a civilian target was damaged and that rescuers are still working at the attack sites. The Ukrainian army reported that it shot down 16 of the 21 Iranian-made Shahed drones launched by Russia against Ukraine during the night.
