The National Center for Earthquakes in Syria reported today, Friday, that a tremor with a magnitude of 3.1 on the Richter scale struck 56 km north of the city of Latakia at 11:51 AM.
In the same context, the Disaster and Emergency Management Authority in Turkey recorded this morning an earthquake with a magnitude of 5 on the Richter scale that hit the Kahramanmaraş area in Turkey at 5:53 AM.
