Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan discussed the developments in Sudan during a phone call with Sudanese army chief Abdel Fattah Burhan. Anadolu Agency reported that Erdogan expressed his concern about the increasing casualties and injuries caused by the conflict among brothers in Sudan. Erdogan also informed Burhan that "if a decision is reached to start comprehensive negotiations in Sudan, Turkey is ready to host them."
