The founder of the Russian "Wagner" forces, Yevgeny Prigozhin, confirmed that "80% of Bakhmut is under our control, including all administrative centers, factories, and facilities." Earlier today, the Russian Ministry of Defense confirmed that units of the "Wagner" group continue to fight for control of the city of Bakhmut.
