The Turkish news agency Anadolu reported that Turkish Defense Minister Hulusi Akar stated he "intends to meet with his counterparts from Syria, Russia, and Iran in Moscow tomorrow, Tuesday, amid efforts to rebuild relations between Ankara and Damascus after years of hostility during the Syrian war." According to the agency's report, "the heads of the intelligence agencies of these countries will also participate in the Moscow meeting."
