Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov revealed that Moscow is coordinating with Syria, Iran, and Turkey regarding a timeline for a meeting of their deputy foreign ministers. Bogdanov noted to Russian media today, Tuesday, that Russia believes that the sooner the meeting is held, the better. He added, "Our colleagues from Syria, Turkey, and Iran have work plans and timelines, and while there is no specific date yet, we will continue to coordinate."
The agency quoted Bogdanov saying, "We haven't agreed on anything yet, so there is nothing to postpone." A source from the Turkish Foreign Ministry had informed Reuters that a meeting scheduled for last week was postponed.
