The Qatari Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed Doha's concern about the situation in Russia in a statement today, Saturday, calling on all parties to exercise "the utmost restraint." The statement added: "The Ministry of Foreign Affairs warns that the escalation of conditions in Russia and Ukraine will have negative implications for international peace and security, as well as for food and energy supplies."
