NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg announced today, Wednesday, that Ukraine will not be able to join the alliance as long as the war continues. During an event organized by the German Marshall Fund of the United States in Brussels, Stoltenberg stated, "I think everyone realizes that joining the alliance in the midst of a war is not an option. The matter is what will happen when the war ends."
