Casualties in Triple Suicide Bombing in Mali

The spokesperson for the governor of the Mali region, Yakuba Maiga, announced that at least nine civilians were killed and over 60 injured in a triple suicide bombing in the town of Sevare in central Mali early Saturday morning. He stated that the explosion "destroyed 20 houses in the neighborhood. In total, there are nine dead and about 60 injured, all civilians." Earlier on Saturday, the Malian government announced that "three explosive-laden vehicles were destroyed by fire from an army drone." No group has claimed responsibility for the attack so far.
