Rebecca Greenspan, the Secretary-General of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development, indicated today, Wednesday, that "it is likely that I will visit Russia before the expiration of the grain export agreement through the Black Sea." Greenspan stated, "We will consider heading to Moscow in the remaining days, but that has not yet been confirmed."
