The Deputy Speaker of the Parliament, Elias Bou Saab, found that the head of the Marada Movement, Sleiman Frangieh, is fully open to communication, dialogue, and understanding with all parties. He considered that this is the only way "that encourages all differing parties to sit together and discuss the values each represents." Bou Saab, after his visit to Frangieh in Bnechii, noted that "as long as there are no preconditions from any party, and this is what I have sensed during my tour, it is possible to build bridges of communication." He described the meeting as positive, stating that Frangieh "is open to everyone without preconditions." This visit is part of Bou Saab's tour of all political leaders in the country aimed at finding common ground on the issue of the presidency, the vacuum, and the challenges facing the Lebanese.
