The Russian Ministry of Energy announced today that Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak instructed oil companies to prioritize gasoline supplies to the domestic market, even in cases where exports yield higher profits. The ministry stated that Novak also ordered the development of export quotas for petroleum products.
