Reports have revealed that English football player Anton Walkes, who played for Charlotte in Major League Soccer, has died in a boating accident near Miami, United States. Walkes (25 years old) passed away in the early hours of Thursday, according to information from Charlotte, where he had been playing since 2020. Walkes had played in the youth teams of Tottenham in the English league. In turn, Charlotte's sporting director Zoran Krneta stated, "We are shocked by the loss of Anton Walkes. He was truly an incredible father, a loving person, and an extraordinary human being."
