Social media users in Saudi Arabia expressed their deep sorrow over the death of journalist photographer Hani bin Abdullah Al-Zahrani, who was known for capturing images from high altitudes both inside and outside his country. His brother, Mutab Al-Zahrani, stated that he died after falling from the heights of Al-Souda mountains in the Asir region in the south of the Kingdom. According to the local newspaper "Al-Marsad," the photographer was filming a video of the mountains when he lost his balance and his "safety harness" was not secured properly. It was noted that the Red Crescent, Civil Defense, and Security Aviation were unable to reach the area where he fell due to its rough terrain, and they could hear his voice for 15 minutes before he breathed his last.
