Russia Seizes New Areas in Bakhmut

The Russian Ministry of Defense announced in a statement today, Saturday, that "Russian offensive forces have seized three more areas in the western part of the Ukrainian city of Bakhmut." The Russian army sometimes uses the term "offensive forces" to refer to members of the private military group "Wagner." Ukrainian and Russian units have been fighting for months to control the city located in eastern Ukraine, where devastation and destruction have affected most of its areas.
