According to the Emirates News Agency (WAM), the UAE President is committed to granting clemency to a group of inmates each year during Ramadan, to strengthen family bonds and bring joy to the hearts of mothers and children, allowing inmates the chance to reflect on their futures and return to a path that ensures a successful social and professional life.
