The psychological warfare launched by the leader of the Russian private military group "Wagner," Yevgeny Prigozhin, succeeded a few days ago when he threatened to withdraw from Bakhmut due to the lack of response from the Russian Ministry of Defense in sending ammunition and equipment to his forces. Today, he announced that preliminary data indicated that his troops had begun to receive the necessary ammunition, and he reported fierce fighting in the city of Bakhmut in eastern Ukraine.
In a voice message published on social media, which was conveyed by "Reuters," the Wagner leader stated, "The groups advanced today by up to 130 meters... fierce fighting continues, but the groups continue to advance." He added, "According to preliminary data, we have started to receive ammunition. We have not seen it (yet) in practice."
