There is nothing more annoying than going to the supermarket only to find that you forgot your shopping list at home. However, the days of exhausting your mind trying to remember the items you need may be a thing of the past, thanks to the latest feature in WhatsApp.
The messaging app has launched a new tool called "Message Yourself," which allows you, as the name suggests, to send notes, reminders, and updates to yourself. This feature will be available on both Android and iPhone and will be rolled out to all users in the coming weeks. It will help users keep track of their to-do lists, send notes and reminders, or shopping lists to themselves, according to WhatsApp.
To use the tool, simply open WhatsApp and create a new chat by tapping the icon in the upper right corner of the screen. You will now see your contact listed at the top, above your phone contacts. Just tap on your number and start messaging.
The new feature comes shortly after WhatsApp launched a new tool called Communities, which allows sending messages to multiple groups at once. This tool enables users to group various chats under one topic and share updates with all of them.
