Seven People Killed by Car in Texas

Seven people were killed and others were injured today, Sunday, after a man struck them with a car in Brownsville, Texas, according to American television channels that confirmed the suspect is in custody. CBS 4 and NBC 23 reported Lieutenant Martin Sandoval from the Brownsville Police stating that the incident occurred at 8:30 AM local time near the Ozanam Center, which houses migrants and the homeless. Sandoval mentioned in an interview with Fox News that migrants were among the deceased. An investigation is underway to determine if the suspect was intoxicated at the time of the incident.
