The public prosecutor's office at the primary court in Ariana, northern Tunisia, has decided to pursue legal action against Tasnim Ghannouchi, daughter of the Ennahda movement leader, Rached Ghannouchi. Court spokesperson Fatma Bouqtaia stated that "following information regarding a house belonging to Tasnim Ghannouchi located in Riyadh Al-Andalus (near the capital), where she does not habitually reside, an order was issued for the judicial police to search the house in conjunction with the police." She noted that the search process was documented audio-visually upon the instructions of the public prosecutor's office, which resulted in the discovery of "issues that directly affect national security."
