The authorities of Tamaulipas state in Mexico announced this Sunday morning that 13 people were killed in a collision between a trailer and a pickup truck on a highway in the northern state. The state's Public Security Ministry stated, "The vehicles crashed outside Ciudad Victoria, the state capital, before catching fire."
