According to the Russian news agency TASS, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated today, Monday, that "his country is ready to acknowledge that the Nagorno-Karabakh region is part of neighboring Azerbaijan if the latter guarantees the safety of the ethnic Armenian population."
