Donald Trump's Rival Visits Ukraine

According to NBC News, former Vice President Mike Pence, who is competing for the Republican nomination in the 2024 presidential elections, made a surprise visit to Ukraine today to meet with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. Pence stated in an interview with NBC News from Kyiv that the visit to Ukraine "strengthens my resolve to play my role and to continue advocating for strong American support for our Ukrainian friends and allies." Pence is the first Republican presidential contender to meet with Zelensky during the election campaign.
