Crash of Military Helicopters in Alaska Claims 3 Lives

The Washington Post reported that "3 American servicemen died as a result of the crash of two military helicopters in the state of Alaska." U.S. Army spokesperson Millie Trees indicated that "there were 4 people on board the helicopters, 3 of whom lost their lives in the incident, while the surviving pilot was transported to the hospital." The 11th Airborne Division stated on Facebook that "the two helicopters, an Apache A and an H-64 from Fort Wainwright, crashed near Healy in Alaska."
