The Syrian artist Dima Al-Jundi revealed that she contracted the COVID-19 virus some time ago, confirming that she has now recovered.

In an interview with the "Insider" program, the Syrian artist talked about her experience with the illness, stating that she was not afraid of the virus at all when she learned about her infection. However, she expressed concern about the virus potentially spreading to her daughter Tia, describing her feelings as "a real fear because I was worried about Tia." Al-Jundi added that she did not experience any post-illness anxieties, noting that the symptoms she showed were mild and not bothersome. She confirmed that she adhered to the medical guidelines and underwent home quarantine for a full 14 days, consistently practicing disinfection. Additionally, Dima Al-Jundi stated that she felt uneasy due to the long "duration of confinement," as she described it, and confirmed that she later took a test that showed she had recovered from the virus.
