Russian Foreign Ministry: Moscow Does Not Consider Grain Agreement Execution Satisfactory

Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova stated on Thursday that "Moscow does not consider the execution of the grain export agreement via the Black Sea satisfactory." She explained in a press conference that "the agreement cannot be saved unless it is fully implemented," emphasizing that it is not "a buffet you can choose from." Zakharova noted that "the efforts of the United Nations to save the agreement are not sufficient." Moscow claims that the terms of the agreement concerning the allowance for it to export its agricultural goods are not being met.
