The Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives, Kevin McCarthy, mentioned today, Sunday, that he will meet with President Joe Biden tomorrow afternoon, Monday, to continue negotiations on raising the debt ceiling. McCarthy also stated that "expert-level negotiators will meet later today, Sunday, at the Capitol."
