Four people were killed today, Wednesday, in a drone strike near a weapons depot in eastern Syria, controlled by the government in an area controlled by Iran-backed factions, according to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.
The Observatory's director, Rami Abdel Rahman, told AFP, "Four people were killed and eight others were injured in the drone targeting near a weapons factory for Iran-aligned factions and near a truck loaded with weapons."
Abdel Rahman stated that the attack targeted an area of the city that includes residences for high-ranking Iranian leaders and senior officers from "Hezbollah," as well as an Iranian hospital for treating cholera patients.
