The fire ignited late last night in an Italian restaurant located in the Salamanca district of the city. A witness told the newspaper "El País" that "the incident occurred when a waiter used an alcoholic substance and a source of fire to add a touch to a dish before serving it, causing flames to spread to the walls and ceiling."
