What's on the Government Serail's Agenda Today?

The ministerial committee tasked with addressing the repercussions of the financial crisis on public service approved today, Wednesday, during a meeting headed by caretaker Prime Minister Najib Mikati at the Government Serail, the proposed salary increases for the public sector. The Cabinet will hold a session next week to study and approve these increases. Additionally, Mikati chaired a meeting of the "Ministerial Committee on the Electricity File" this afternoon, where discussions continued, particularly regarding improvements in the billing collection process and the necessary actions against official administrations that fail to comply with payments, as well as ways to secure the required funding for payments.
