Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva condemned the violation of Ukraine's territorial integrity on Tuesday and reiterated his support for efforts aimed at ending the conflict. Lula emphasized, after meeting with Romanian President Klaus Werner Iohannis, the need for a collective effort among a group of countries to mediate in order to reach a peace agreement between Russia and Ukraine.
